The Master CIW Administrator certification from CIW Certification was established in 2001 and is aimed at students who are currently employed as Master Administrators, or those who want to find employment in those environments, and want to obtain the Master CIW Administrator certification.

The Master CIW Administrator certification certifies that a successful Master CIW Administrator has learnt the knowledge needed to configure, manage and deploy e-business solutions servers; design and management enterprise TCP/IP networks; and deploy e-business and network security solutions for midsize to large businesses. The successful Master CIW Administrator certified student will have knowledge of the corporate e-business solutions and infrastructure including Web, FTP, news and mail servers.

Master CIW Administrator Certification Prerequisites:

The Master CIW Administrator certification is only available to students who have success fully acquired the CIW certification.

Master CIW Administrator Certification Required Exams:

To be awarded the Master CIW Administrator certification, the Master CIW Administrator student must successfully pass four exam namely; the CIW v5 Foundations, CIW Server Administrator, CIW Internetworking Professional and CIW Security Professional exam has a difficulty rating of about 3 out of 5 and is thus only a moderately difficult exam. This exam is available in English only.

Master CIW Administrator Certification Recertification:

A successful Master CIW Administrator student will hold the Master CIW Administrator certification for two years only, after which the Master CIW Administrator student must re-validate their Master CIW Administrator certification by retaking and passing the the CIW v5 Foundations, CIW Server Administrator, CIW Internetworking Professional and CIW Security Professional exam.
