CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator)

CCA Description:

The CCA certification program focuses on the foundation skills and knowledge that a candidate needs to successfully support an existing implementation of one Citrix Access Suite product. System administrators, Citrix resellers and business affiliates, and independent consultants will find that the CCA certification is an excellent credential.

CCA Prerequisites:

The Citrix Certified Administrator certification is available to all students.

CCA Required Exams:

The CCA Certification consists of 4 tracks each containing their own subdivisions necessary for completing them. These are the tracks that make up the CCA Certificate, the Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix Password Manager 4.0, Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix Access Gateway 4.0, Citrix Certified Administrator for MetaFrame Access Suite 3.0, and

Citrix Certified Administrator for MetaFrame XP Presentation Server.

CCA Recertification:

The CCA certification program is versioned by calendar year, and is valid only for the associated calendar year, e.g. 2006. To be eligible to teach Citrix courseware, an instructor must be certified for the current year. For example, to teach in 2006, a CCA must meet the program requirements for 2006, including membership in the CCA subscription program, which is renewed at the beginning of each calendar year.
